Defending the Second Amendment Without Compromise
The Second Amendment is not negotiable. It is not just about hunting or sporting — it is about protecting the people from tyranny.
As Governor of Nevada, I will defend without compromise the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. The Founders understood that an armed populace is the last and strongest safeguard against government overreach, tyranny, and lawlessness.
I’m against any form of gun control that’s being sold to the public as “common sense.” That includes things like red flag laws that take away your rights without a fair hearing, background check systems that could lead to a government list of gun owners, and bans on things like magazines or accessories that law-abiding gun owners already have a right to use under the Second Amendment.
I will veto any attempt to strip citizens of their rights — whether by registry, restriction, or regulation — and I will fight to overturn existing laws that infringe on the people's ability to protect themselves, their families, and their property.
Freedom Dies When Guns Are Regulated! Not On My Watch!
Nevada will stand as a Constitutional stronghold, where the right to self-defense will never be weakened by self serving politicians.
