Defending the Second Amendment Without Compromise
The Second Amendment is not negotiable. It is not just about hunting or sporting, it is about protecting the people from tyranny.
As Governor of Nevada, I will defend without compromise the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. The Founders understood that an armed populace is the last and strongest safeguard against government overreach, tyranny, and lawlessness.
I support responsible gun-ownership.
I stand unapologetically with the Constitution and the God-given right of every law-abiding American to keep and bear arms. I oppose any attempt to erode that freedom, including so-called “common sense” reforms that are nothing more than a backdoor to gun control. That means no red flag laws that violate due process, no government lists tracking gun owners, and no bans on magazines or accessories that responsible citizens already lawfully own.
As Governor, I will fiercely defend our Second Amendment rights, not just in word, but in action. In Nevada, freedom will never be up for negotiation.
I will veto any attempt to strip citizens of their rights, whether by registry, restriction, or regulation, and I will fight to overturn existing laws that infringe on the people's ability to protect themselves, their families, and their property.
