- As Governor, I will fight to restore accountability, transparency, and integrity to Nevada’s broken judicial system. I will advocate for independent oversight of judges, push for term limits and merit-based evaluations, and work to give the people real avenues to hold bad actors accountable. Justice should serve the people — not the powerful — and I will make it my mission to return fairness, honesty, and constitutional rights to every courtroom in our state.
- Nearly every Nevada resident or business will inevitably encounter the court system, whether through criminal or civil proceedings, family court, probate matters, small claims, or even traffic disputes
- Right now countless of judges are issuing arbitrary and reckless rulings — driven by incompetence, apathy, or at times, outright malice — leaving a trail of devastation that has ruined the lives and businesses of countless Nevadans.
- With few meaningful avenues for accountability — often limited to judicial elections every six years — Nevadans are left to suffer the lasting consequences when a judge fails to uphold their sworn duties.

- Many Nevadans know firsthand what it's like to deal with a narcissist — someone who manipulates, gaslights, abuses their power, and refuses to be held accountable. Sadly, our government operates much the same way. Instead of serving the people, it demands obedience. Instead of transparency, it hides behind secrecy and excuses. Instead of admitting failures, it blames the very citizens it was created to protect. Like a true narcissist, a corrupt government expects trust while giving none in return. It punishes anyone who dares question it and rewards only those who enable its abuse.

A JUDICIAL CRISIS, DEVASTATING NEVADA FAMILIES & BUSINESSES.
CREATE AN INDEPENDENT CITIZENS' OVERSIGHT COMMISION
1. Establish a nonpartisan civilian-led board with subpoena power to investigate judicial misconduct.
2. Allow citizens to submit complaints directly, bypassing the self-policing, judge-controlled system currently in place.
PUSH FOR JUDICIAL TERM LIMITS
1. No more lifetime judges.
2. 8 years max terms, with mandatory public performance reviews and retention votes based on history, complaints, and measurable transparency standards.
ENFORCE MERIT BASED EVALUATIONS
1. Require judicial scorecards tied to performance; ruling reversals, ethical violations, case delays, and public trust ratings.
2. Publish results annually for public access.
GUARANTEE TRANSPARENCY
1. Mandate all court hearings be video recorded and stored in public archives-no more closed-door decisions affecting families and business.
2. Require judges to disclose relationships, campaign donors, and financial interests that could influence their rulings-and enforce these disclosures with strict penalties for noncompliance, including public reprimands, fines, suspension, or removal from the bench for repeated violations.
EXPAND LEGAL REMEDIES FRO JUDICIAL ABUSE
1. Introduce legislation allowing Nevadans to seek civil damages when a judge knowingly violates rights or engages in egregious misconduct.
2. Strengthen whistleblower protections for attorneys, clerks, and court staff who expose abuse.
THE COST OF INACTION
1. If we don't act now, corruption will only deepen. Families will continue losing children without cause. Business owners will keep losing property rights without fair hearings. Veterans, mothers, and the working class will be treated like case numbers instead of citizens with rights.
This is not just a legal crisis- it's a human one.
THE PATH FORWARD
1. Nevadans deserve better. As your Governor, I will take on the broken court system with the same fire I bring to every fight. I won't bow to political class, the legal elite, or anyone who stands in the way of justice.
2. This is more than courtrooms. It's about defending your right to be heard, to be treated fairly, and to raise your family without government interference or fear of government retaliation.
